"My Münsingen" and "Series": The region at Photo Münsingen 2019

Münsingen and the region are also strongly represented at Photo Münsingen 2019: Jürg Ramseier shows pictures from Münsingen, the Münsingen photo club deals with series and Elsbeth Stalder presents color pictures from her rose garden.

"My Münsingen" is the name of the exhibition Jürg Ramseier, which can be seen in the castle as part of Photo Münsingen 2019. In the book of the same name, Bernhard Giger writes about the photographer: "Jürg Ramseier's view of his community is loving and neighborly in a way that reveals how much part of his life is what he saw and photographed on his tours."

The photographer has only a few kilometers from Münsingen, namely in Trimstein Noe Romano her studio. At the Photo Münsingen 2019 she shows men in different settings and contexts. The series of images take up socially critical themes and aim at the viewer's inner controversies.

The Photo Club Muensingen has worked on the topic of "series" this year. The resulting pictures can be seen in the garden of the flower house. Elsbeth Stalder, a member of the Münsingen Photo Club, also presents color photos from her rose garden in her solo exhibition. Flowers and water are her favorite subjects.

The four Photo clubs Belp, Thun, Solothurn and Blende 8 Bern, who have been actively helping out at Photo Münsingen for years, show current work from their clubs.
