Attisholz
The former Borregaard cellulose factory in Attisholz in Solothurn has been closed since 2008 and 440 employees lost their jobs. The area has been fallow since then. The decay can be seen everywhere, and it is often not entirely safe to move around the old factory buildings. Photographing a "lost place" is not always easy - and even illegal without a permit. However, for 3 months as part of an art project, I had the opportunity and permission to take photos on the site and thus record the decay of the abandoned halls.

For me, photography is a hobby in which I experiment a lot and sometimes implement crazy ideas.
For me it is relaxing to be out and about with the camera, to see details, to capture moments and to enjoy the pictures. Whether for special occasions, special light, using sophisticated techniques, simple or complicated, what counts is the joy of photography, and not "just" the result.
