O magique

The ICM recording technique (Iintentional CAmerica Movement) - photographing with a moving camera - creates magical photos with an almost impressionistic look somewhere between reality and imagination. They are images to dream of, leaving enough room for your own interpretations.

The exhibited photos were taken on Lake Thun, on the coasts of the Outer Hebrides (UK) and Brittany (F). They show the motifs as they were recorded by the camera. The post-processing was essentially limited to the final selection of the section and the restoration of the contrasts, which are inevitably reduced due to the camera movement during the recording.
