30 enthusiasts in the spotlight
Cars are desirable, awesome, unique, and adorable. Motorcycles, tanks, tractors and karts too. But they are especially interesting in connection with people. In “Motorheads” we put the protagonists behind the vehicles in the spotlight. And let them tell, philosophize and rave about their love for their fascination. “Motorheads” are 33 extraordinary portraits from the big wide world of motors. Arranged and implemented completely differently in terms of photography and text.
During the past year and a half, photographer Remo Neuhaus and author Denis Jeitziner have visited selected personalities to document their passion and attachment to engines. From the motorcycle maker to the classic car collector. From the Ford Mustang freak to the top fuel dragster driver. Staged, recorded and reproduced 33 times differently.
Motorheads will be published by Cameo Verlag in May 2016 and is limited to 999 copies.

Remo Neuhaus - with passion, charm and speed

Born in Bern/Switzerland, Remo Neuhaus has made a name for himself as a photographer for portraits, people and commercial shots. He knew how to stage numerous world-class personalities, but also local prominent figures in Bern, in front of his lens. In the sports world, his oeuvre ranges from Zinedine Zidane to Ronaldo and Figo to Mark Streit, Roman Josi and Fabian Cancellara. Female models such as Ronja Furrer, Julia Saner and Valerija Sestic romped around in front of his camera, as did the actors Anatol Taubman, the top chef Andreas Caminada and the stars Anastacia, Amy McDonald and John Newman.
Various company portraits and commercials for clients such as Swisscom, BMC Switzerland, Migros Aare or Kursaal Bern complete his photographic portfolio.

Thanks to his charm, common sense and winning nature, Remo Neuhaus finds it easy to work with people of all stripes. Remo Neuhaus' work is characterized by absolute precision, an eye for the extraordinary and his composure even in hectic situations. Neuhaus learned his trade at the cap professional in Zurich, at the school for design and photography, and as an assistant to renowned photographers.

Before starting his photography career, Neuhaus had a successful career in gastronomy, the zenith of which he reached when he won the prestigious Swiss Economic Award. Remo Neuhaus is a member of the Swiss professional photographers and photo designers. He is an ambassador & ambassador for the following companies: Pentax (with the medium format camera Pentax 645z), BMW Bühler Neuenegg, Elinchrom, Profot AG and Breitling SA.
