Peu de photo

"Caption" is the result of a few years of photographing musicians at the Blues Bar in Cerdanyola del Vallès, near Barcelona. It currently consists of 31 photos and the project is ongoing. If the photos are accompanied by a caption, they will help to understand the image better. The photos alone are telling enough, but I was interested in what the musicians' feelings were. I was wondering what the musician should feel when he makes this strenuous gesture with his guitar or his voice. That's when I started asking her, "What do you feel when you play the blues? What is the blues to you?" And that's how it all started. After I found the photo I liked, I took the photo to a second concert by this musician and explained the project to him. Everyone kindly wrote on the photo what they felt at the time. Most did this after the concerts, in the period of ecstasy and fatigue, at the end of the performance. The exhibition tries to close the circle between the musician, the viewer and the photographer and that the photographs go back and forth.
